Ahhhh Brenda, how right you are. This is the pushing, striving, achievement-oriented productivity culture that gets beat into us in the workplace. And we unknowingly carry it into our day-to-day lives not understanding the damage it is doing. Did I ever learn this the hard way. Sigh.
